Suggestions for improvement
- More tools to help get the job done
They attempt to do internal activities to keep the employees moral up. They fall short because most of the funds go towards upper supervisory postitions rather then regular employees. They don’t even have a Holiday party. They have one once every two years and employees have to pay 150 dollars to attend.
Management only cares about bottom lines and making money. The mission of what this company stood for 25 years ago has slowly been replaced by money. Management using scare tactics and threats to keep employees in line.
The company's mission is inspiring. Most co-workers are very understanding and helpful.
Anyone below an executive level seems to be severely underpaid.
