Over all, my co-workers were wonderful to work with. I found, company wide, that communication was poor from the top down. Also, managers had their favorites. It seemed that, from the top down, management only cared about the "yes man" and not the employee that actually did their work. Employee education was lacking. The patients, their families and my fellow employees made my experience at LifePath manageable.
Suggestions for improvement
- To make money, you need to spend money, not on perks for upper management, but on the nurses out in the field and in the inpatient units. Those employees are the ones that the public sees as LifePath Hospice, not upper management.
