They provide sufficient training, but, it takes them a while to actually fix anything.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fire everyone and start over. Give pay raises. Acknowledge education and experience.
I like about the employer
The company provides services to persons seeking mental/behavioral health and substance abuse help.
I dislike about the employer
There are no pay raises. They do not take education and experience into consideration if you are not one of the therapists. If you are part time, you still have to pay into retirement if you reach 100 hours a month, even though, they will not let you actually work anymore hours than that.
Part time does not get paid time off, vacation, nor sick time. If the company is closed for a holiday, you do not get paid for it. There is no choice in the matter. Part time does is not offered insurance.
Corporate does not hold male center managers responsible for their lack of leadership, laziness, and that females are treated like they do not have the first brain cell.
