Support from management
Strong corporate support to itself, little to the individual sites.
What I like about the company
They had a robust benefits package
What I dislike about the company
They don't really value the contributions of the employees below the corporate level. This is impacting the very values they tout to making life good for seniors. The ones closest to the customer don't seem to matter as much as those watching the dollars.
