What I like about the company
The people I have worked with are generally conscientious, professional, and friendly. My current and previous managers that I've had, always have an open door policy and are willing to discuss any concerns I may have had. The raises are not impressive, but we are fortunate to have received a raise almost every year, since I began working for Lifespan.
What I dislike about the company
Our raises usually are negated by the increase in our healthcare insurance contributions. Lifespan has changed their annual raise procedure from all employees receiving the same percentage increase to a performance-based raise. However, management is limited to how they may "distribute" the raises. If all employees are exceptional, they will have to "take away" from one person, in order to give a slightly more deserving employee a higher raise.
