Suggestions for improvement
- Until current IS management retires or is replaced, the environment will remain toxic and that probably will not happen.
I like about the employer
Benefits are good, paid time off is adequate.
I dislike about the employer
Despite their constant refrain that they value their employees, they most certainly do not. IS management dictates every facet of how you do your job but takes no responsibility if the outcome is not to their satisfaction. Any training is as minimal as possible and the slightest mistake or problem is punished by a written warning, which seems to be the only tool in the management tool box.
