Most folks were wonderful. But, there was always something in the air.
Support from Management
Goals are set with little or no support from Management. The upper management, expects milestones to be met. But, then undermines the "Team" by refusing to address the issues. They would play games with the vendors. Not, pay them or pay late.
Team was just a saying. Never truely promoted.
