Support from management
Supervisors do not look out for employees interests.
Communication between different shifts, supervisors, office personnel, and engineering staff was minimal at best.
Very few women work in production as the physical requirements of the job make it difficult for them to do. Lots of heavy lifting and pushing/pulling
Office / Work Environment
Very loud and dirty. Machinery was not well maintained. No air conditioning on the plant floor meant summer time temperatures of 100+ degrees inside the plant.
Bet on working a ton of overtime during busy months. Asked to work most weekends on top of regular shifts.
