Managers do not support their staff in managing the daily work all while knowing the office is under staffed.
Support from Management
Management failed to be truthful during the interview process for the CSR job. Management also failed to provide necessary employee training thereby neglecting the rights of their patients, doctors and hospitals.
Teamwork is not only nonexistent it was is no way fostered by management. Again cucompromising patient care and violating Medicare guidelines
