Did not feel appreciated after lots of years and lots of extra volunteet work unpaid
Support from management
Many employees feel unappreciated due to the work culture and low salary
Lots of self promotion
Freedom to work independently
I did a lot of extra work for other employees and did a lot of work that was not in my job description
Attitude towards older colleagues
Not many older workers
Very difficult to move up
Overall compensation for your work
Low pay, insulting raises

Vacation days are selective
I know many unhappy former employees, I can count 10 off the top of my head.
Not many safety procedures in place with it being a bank
Inclusive / Diverse
Not much diversity, those that are do not have higher positions
Suggestions for improvement
- More communication with employees as to how to improve and how to be promoted. Please offer more appreciation to good employees to improve work culture. Keep things confidential as well.
What I like about the company
I worked there for a considerable amount of time and left after being overlooked too many times.
What I dislike about the company
I put a lot into my job and take it seriously and they never promoted me when I applied or gave me feedback as to why not.
