Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes experience report

  • 22.Jul 2018
  • Employee

Rampant nepotism. Upper management essentially forces all good management out of their jobs. Hard work, not enough pay.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Fairer opportunities, respect and better treatment of employees, less focus on profits and more focus on students.

What I like about the company

Great management at my center, lots of fun working with students, very rewarding when results showed and teaching paid off.

What I dislike about the company

The level of nepotism and fixation on profits completely takes away the merit and success the company can tout. Additionally, HR should follow up strongly on employee complaints - i and others faced retaliation for going to HR from higher management. Regional management in my area worked hard to place blame for failing centers on the people at the bottom of the ladder. Employees, especially on the lower rungs, work hard and should be valued and respected.
