Suggestions for improvement

  • Redesign website for intuitive navigation. I rarely drill through anymore, can't find things easily. Reorganize departments based on data collected in a self-sponsored research study. Then make those departments accessible via web. What are the divisions and who are the leaders? I can't find a hierarchy map, so who is related to whom?

What I dislike about the company

Transition to adjunct staffing. Give loyalty to Faculty and they will give the same to you and the students. It multiplies goodwill to maximize FullTime positions.
