Company Culture

If you are family/friend of the owner, you got an easy in.....other employees, you are just a body..

Support from management

They do what they want....people in management who should not be! Clueless

Teamwork

ABSOLUTELY NONE!!!!!!

Internal Communication

Absolutely NO communication......upper management only give out info when they feel like it

Gender Equality

it is a man run company....no room for advancement if female

  • 01.Sep 2016
  • Employee

Company Culture

There is almost a culture of fear with regards to speaking out or asking for raises or vacation.

Support from management

Goals are almost always muddled and unclear. No real set direction. Warehouse workers only get to bring up suggestions or concerns at team meetings, which only happen periodically.

Teamwork

Two different shifts tend to blame each other and point fingers for anything that isn't right.
