Employees are not involved in dicision making. Time lines to get projects done are unrealistic.
There is not a lot of support when it comes to training. Certain employees do not work well in teams
Not supportive when it comes to employee concerns and/or complaints. Ethics are questionable. They require employees to watch various videos on how to act ethically, what to say or do properly on the job but they do not follow them themselves. They give a false sense of security that anything brought to their attention is in confidence.
