- More defined job position requirements. Better design department communication and goals. More professional attitudes and less personal and emotional inclinations at the work place.
I like about the employer
The products developed by the company are interesting and progressive. There is future potential in developing them further.
I dislike about the employer
The company has bad design team communication. The two head designers are in competition always and that is confusing. There is little help provided for new assistant designer employees.
The position I was hired for was not yet well determined within the larger picture of the company. That made it hard to settle in and work as per defined requirements.
