No. Management was able to go thru your health records when they felt it was necessary and favors were done to those who helped get employees fired or if they needed to go see if FML information it was given to management on the downlow. I don't know if mental abuse applies.
No. The company teaches separation of the races. Not an insult when I am hearing racial slurs at work against anyone of any ethnic background and management is telling us to just deal with it.
