Suggestions for improvement
- Just a bit more consistency regarding the honoring of employee wishes, not to be ignored when I make my preferences clear. Also, a bit more consideration when I state my contact information. During those times I have informed the office where and how I can be reached (i.e., reach me at my new phone number, my old one is no longer in use) I've had situations where the office has called the old number and complained about being unable to reach me, when I told them in advance (by phone and email) how to reach me, only to have my requests ignored. I would appreciate more consideration in such matters when I make every effort to let them know how they can get in touch with me.
What I like about the company
Friendly people. Solid if unspectacular work environment. Good to know I can tell them at any time if I have questions or concerns. If there ever is a conflict during a work assignment I know I can call the office and have it resolved quickly.
What I dislike about the company
The only things I can think of are the occasional lack of communication regarding my work preferences. I may state that I want to work more locally (to cut down on commute time and expense) and I'm offered a work assignment outside of the area I approved. Also, there was frustration with having my personal information lost on a couple of occasions (direct deposit information due to a change in email systems) and on at least one occasion my weekly pay was not processed in a timely manner which set me back a couple of weeks when I could not afford to be without the money I worked for and rightfully earned. Most disappointing and equally frustrating.
