One particular supervisor is absolutely Hostile and when you report it to HR you are the one that has the issue.
Support from management
Upper level Managment has no clue what occurs in the department. If they do know then they clearly don't care because nothing ever happens.
The workers bees get along very well and look out for one another while Managment is only concerned for themselves.
Freedom to work independently
They overload everyone and demand that person to do the job of 6 people
You might as well be a mushroom when it comes to communication. You get fed crap and kept in the dark.
They flat out refuse to send anyone to training because they can't bill for their time. They won't make an investment into the employee.
Overall compensation for your work
They do underpay for what the industry should be.
You absolutely will not have a life outside of work. You end up works by 60+ hours a week and still get ridiculed when hinge don't get done.
Clients can't stand the company. They do like and respect the worker bees but clients can't stand Managment.
You are constantly threatened and ridiculed.
Not sure now but I've seen stuff that would've had OSHA shut things down fast.
Work extremely challenging because only one person knows everything and they never share it with anyone on the team.
Suggestions for improvement
- Remove the people that are causing the problem before everyone leaves.
What I like about the company
They are very large company with several very talented people to gain experience from.
What I dislike about the company
They don't care about the employee. They only care about the botto dollar.
