HR doesn't help people not securing legal documents after some issues of people graving other people time cards multiple incidents reported to supervisor but when confronted they'll denie that they where not advice of situation therefore discharging hard workings people sad.
Support from management
Unsupported, ask a question, there answer (not of your business) or you go for help for corrections and they will take you to HR until you get fire.
Great but supervisors always on a bad mood creating a hustle environment.
Management & New HR don't listen to employees advice telling them you are not believable.

It's a joke.

By getting hard working people fired for things that HR is responsible knowing that we are behind on delivering orders bad choice.
No equipment inspection and supervisor pushing, screaming at people. HR NOT HELPFUL.
Suggestions for improvement
- A NEW HR THAT IS THERE FOR PEOPLE, HAVING SUPERVISORS TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND HELP TEAM MEMBERS TO BE THE BEST NOT BY TAKING BREAD AWAY FROM THERE KIDS.

Great manager with great manors that like people that works. Always tells you good morning. Supervisor
What I dislike about the company
A new HR that is not there for are teammates, disrespectful talking to people like if she knows everything. HR is made to help people not to get them fire, specially the best of the best.
