Support from management
No one really knew who to turn to it was a bit unorganized
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop creating issues that spill over from poor management. Don't make an employee especially one that has been there for years feel like they don't matter. There are not enough employees left to run for he company the way it should. Please understand it has 0 to do with the employees and everything to do with the poor management team hired by the owners. The company grew well when the owners had a hand in it now it's no longer the flourishing company it was.
What I like about the company
The idea that the company is fairly new and there is a lot of growth potential. There was also only one manager who actually knew what he was doing and made sure to manage efficiently. Travis was amazing.
What I dislike about the company
No growth there are 12 owners and that's it. It's a revolving door new hires went through training and quit or were terminated no more than two weeks after they were hired. Lots of drama between the managers.
