Suggestions for improvement
- Redo the flooring, spray for bugs, reorganize the break room to be comfortable & inviting. Warm the store up so that employees & customers are relaxed in a calming invironment, customers often complain to me about how FRIGID it is as they try to shop around in which it makes them hurry with their selections because they're too cold to enjoy their shopping experience.
What I like about the company
Receiving occasional gratis is something to look forward to. The reward is connecting with the customers & bringing forth a SMILE. My goal is to make everyone that walks through the door a great experience.
What I dislike about the company
The floors are hard on the back & legs. Cash wrap is too LOW if you're tall like me, the storage room/break room isn't very appealing & isn't very tidy, I've seen roaches on several ocassions, I brought to the managers attention & she said it's no big deal o_O!!! During the winter months inside the store is extremely COLD. Be prepared to always wear black, I personally don't enjoy wearing black all the time. Hearing on a daily basis about making goal adds a little bit of pressure especially when the day maybe going slow & the company is expecting you to make a $3,000 day....unrealistic at times but this is what they expect most of the times.
