- Complete replacement of executive team.
Culture is driven by (lack of) financial performance. No investment in future results. Management lies to employees about reality.
Management only values employees while they generate revenue. Many employees are laid off as soon as they finish their client assignments.
Significant distrust and dislike among executives. Strong competing factions inside the company.
Ask for input but don't put it into action.
