Culture is driven by (lack of) financial performance. No investment in future results. Management lies to employees about reality.

Employees given little guidance.

Office / Work Environment
Nice office space for now, although CEO stated they will be moving to save money.
Many employees are being forced to work out-of-town without reimbursement for travel and living.
Lochbridge overstates and over-promises on it's capabilities.
Most client assignments are interesting work.

Suggestions for improvement
- The private equity firm that owns Lochbridge needs to bring in a new management team. There is no alternative.
What I like about the company
Most client-serving employees are intelligent and hard working.
What I dislike about the company
Lochbridge is a failing company. The current executive team suffers from arrogance and incompetence. In the last 2 years, headcount has dropped from 900 to 300, and revenues from $150 MM to $30 MM. Current CEO was brought in solely to find a buyer, but performance has been so bad all potential buyers have walked away.
