Suggestions for improvement
- They need to institute a new compensation system that rewards rainmaking. Instead they reward the billable hour and that results in partners hoarding work and not bringing in business. The business model is only good for servicing work from other offices and not for building this office as a separate platform.
I like about the employer
There is little micromanagement.
I dislike about the employer
The atmosphere at this office is toxic. There is no management or plan for the office. The result is cut-throat competition among peers.
