Suggestions for improvement
- HR really needs to look at how unfair the merit increases are and how some of these "spouse relationships" affect the morale of the rest of the workforce.

I dislike about the employer
Poor merit increases for the individuals who do the work. Bonuses only available to level 6 & above. They love to bring in their LDP graduates that know the "Lockheed culture" but are poor leaders and put them in leadership roles. Too many husband/wife relationships at this location. Clearly some of these spouses ride on the coat tails of the higher grade spouse.
