Suggestions for improvement
- Management needs to be more open with all departmental information. People need time to absorb news, changes and redirection in order to perform well when the time for implementation of plans is put into motion.
I like about the employer
Having a strong relationship with the defense of our country gives the employees pride in what they do. Our motto: "We never forget who we are working for."
I dislike about the employer
The process of conducting annual performance reviews changes every 3 or 4 years, and the procedures for input are not clear. Furthermore, there is little visibility as to input by personnel that are not directly involved in the employee's performance. This leaves too much room for wildcard input that is beyond the employees' control.
