Directors 'drive' employees. There is substantial mistrust due to unfair treatment.
Support from Management
Executive Level is much different than the mid level management support, Directors are there for themselves only.
Too many mid level managers/directors do not work effectively with their teams. Only visible when their are problems or accolades from execs.
Truly equal regardless of race, gender, age, etc.
