Suggestions for improvement
- The spend a lot of money on ELDP employees who end up jumping ship after they graduate on the company dime. Develop the employees that are loyal and intend to stay with the company instead providing highly qualified candidates for the competition.
- Managers seek input from their employees on schedule and budget estimates, then slash BOTH by over 30%. End result; schedules are seldom met and budgets are never met, justifying awarding employees with sub-satisfactory evaluations and no raises.
