Communication is very poor. Administration always keeps issues/changes a secret which makes Employees suspicious of negative activity.
Attractive women are at an advantage. Experience is not required to get higher paying jobs created for them.
Attitude towards older colleagues
No respect or support from Administration for any age.
Promotions are given based on relationships instead of experience or education.
Overall compensation for your work
Wages never go up and insurance premiums do.
Office / Work Environment
Often employees are neglected as to the resources need to do their jobs.
The treatment of employees in family matters and vacations depends on their immediate supervisor.
No stability, always looking for ways to cut cost not thinking of the consequences.
Limited parking which presents problems for the handicapped.
Work is always challenging because you are expected to get the job done of two people.

No diversity, it's ran as a dictatorship.
Suggestions for improvement
- Change current Administration staff, give employees the raises they deserve, hire management staff they assists in problems instead of creating them.
