Suggestions for improvement
- Regional vice presidents all need to be on the same page and need to effectively communicate with the operation directors.
What I like about the company
The compensation is great is company objectives are met. New hire management training is informative and successful.
What I dislike about the company
Home and work balance is not there for management if you are focused on meeting the companies goals. Managers promoted to upper management receive no training.
