Extremely nonexistent. Everyone shows up. A challenge with a company spread out across the states, but there are companies that create a solid and exciting culture in the same situation. Bland personality.

Leadership is myopic and late to the game. All too much like each other. Fix poor revenue and profit via everyone internal, but the Sales Reps, who have been trained by compensation plans to keep doing what they're doing, even though it's been spun differently each year, it's still pays them to continue as is. Hyperbole, spin and late to the game timing on focuses don't make for growth.
