Suggestions for improvement
- More open minded to what employees are expressing for changes
Culture is touted as faith-based, healthy, and healing. Culture, in reality, rewards an unhealthy commitment to work and production, as well as each person for him/herself.
Leadership openly not supportive of staff betterment, training or education.
The place survives because of the few good people who work together to provide the best care for patients.
Autonomy does not exist. Staff are heavily micromanaged.
