Suggestions for improvement
- Company owners need to recognize the employees contributions and dedication, and compensate them accordingly, including a realistic profit sharing program that is full of empty promises.
What I like about the company
Co-workers very supportive and experienced, good team production from middle management and below.
What I dislike about the company
Below average compensation, annual bonuses never delivered as promised, little if any acknowledgement of employee accomplishment yet tremendous expectations by company ownership, massive employee turnover, little room for career advancement, not a work environment you looked forward to on a daily basis.
