Too many chiefs and they are not even on same page
Suggestions for improvement
- One owner, prefer the one that actually comes into office to work and not gossip and isolate EE against each other, put a suggestion box in and allow a trustworthy source review and report back to mgt
What I like about the company
You are not micro managed. You are left to do your job. Just make sure you were trained correctly. But the current "pet" of the mth.
What I dislike about the company
No ownership or accountability, not dealing with EE issues consistently across the board.
