Support from management

No communication, no positive feedback or reinforcement. Kindness & appreciation will keep hard workers & good business report.

Teamwork

The only thing that helped make it through the days were the other assistants until we weren't allowed to converse or work as a team - enjoyment wasn't allowed.

Freedom to work independently

Duties depended on culture & personal favoritism or lack of by the dentists.

Internal Communication

No communication unless being belittled & pointing out mistakes.

Suggestions for improvement

• Everything from employee treatment, communication skills to patient care. Respect & appreciation would be a start.

What I like about the company

I wish I could say anything positive but honestly it was torture to work here.

Hateful, demeaning, ungrateful, negative, difficult, greedy...
