Suggestions for improvement
- LS should value the employees that they have that work hard and go above and beyond their titles. Ignoring your employee's concerns will not foster a good work environment. Minimize the favoritism. We all can see it....

What I dislike about the company
Management has their favorite cliques within the office. Not all employees are treated the same. They will literally hug one person, skip the next and wont speak. This fosters resentment within depts. Also personal employee info is discussed behind closed door in meetings with other non management employees.
