What I like about the company
I don’t have to go to an office all the time
What I dislike about the company
I think the pay is way to little for the amount of work being done. Someone who is spending their time taking care of someone else should be able to pay their bills without needing multiple clients or jobs. Direct deposit is also essential for anyone who doesn’t work in an office. Since the job relies on the client’s needs at their location, it’s not fair to have people drive into the office to pick up a paper check. There should also be designated days off. A client can easily make someone work on an important holiday and that’s not fair to the employees at all. Lastly, benefits are a must now days. You never know when you yourself will need medical attention and having to pay out of pocket for it is absolutely ridiculous.
