Company Culture

Family like.

Support from management

Owner was high strung, but took care of his crew like a professional should.

Teamwork

Great team eork. Lead by old fashioned values.

Gender Equality

Equal opportunity all around.

Attitude towards older colleagues

Had several "retired" mechanics working part time, it was a great learning experience having them there.

Career Development

As the company expanded, plenty of promotions became available.

Overall compensation for your work

Benifits were great. Pay was low, as a precaution due to being a new business. Better pay, or know I didn't have to worry about layoffs.

Company Image

We were branded and advertised well by our customers.

Suggestions for improvement

  • I was the manager, research and development, and main point of contact for this business in its heyday, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

What I like about the company

Took great care of the veterans and elderly.

What I dislike about the company

Needed a larger shop.
