Attitude towards older colleagues
Had several "retired" mechanics working part time, it was a great learning experience having them there.
As the company expanded, plenty of promotions became available.
Overall compensation for your work
Benifits were great. Pay was low, as a precaution due to being a new business. Better pay, or know I didn't have to worry about layoffs.
We were branded and advertised well by our customers.
Suggestions for improvement
- I was the manager, research and development, and main point of contact for this business in its heyday, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Took great care of the veterans and elderly.

Needed a larger shop.
