Suggestions for improvement
- Give more training and let the tellers know that they are not only in charge of the transactions, but meeting the numbers as far as sales in accounts.
I like about the employer
I like the team that I was able to work with.
I dislike about the employer
It was expected of the tellers who have never been trained in marketing or sales to go out during the working hours to promote accounts etc. I felt that we had personal bankers to do that and that it was not the tellers job to go out and make sales. We were also told to use our PERSONAL vehicles to go to businesses. We had a certain quota to meet and if we did not we would be punished or singled out.
