- Treat employees with respect, and increase pay to reflect the amount of work that must be done. Offer some kind of benefit program to workers. Make good on promises...

I dislike about the employer
Company higher ups will not allow employees to get 40 full hours a week. I was Promised a raise in 3 months when I began working for this company, and now, company higher ups ignore requests to increase my pay from the starting wage. The company does not pay employees for holidays until they have been working there for a year. The people who run this company care about making money, rather than their own employees. I am paid via direct deposit, and I suspect that my checks have been shorted, however, I cannot log in to the company's pay site with provided passwords. I have contacted my supervisors several times about this issue, yet, I can still not log in to the site in order to see my pay stubs.
