Suggestions for improvement
- higher managers with a management degree. Those in managing positions have lots of field experience but horrible skills actually managing others. This leads to customers getting lost, disorganization and the little people getting blamed for things they don't have control over. No wonder they can't make a profit or keep techs.
What I like about the company
This company does have amazing benefits, they do have lots of programs to emphasize a healthy work-life balance. The corporate level seems to have its act together. it's the area and department managers that need improvement.
What I dislike about the company
In my department, there is not a team spirit. Management constantly forgets customers and blame it on the technicians even when we have email proof that it's their fault. They play the blame game extremely well which creates a culture of distrust and constantly having to cover you back from attacks. The unrealistic expectations of being able to perform duties on systems we have little or no training on. Lack of effective communication. They gave me a .012% raise after getting trained. I should be 4-5$ more an hour compared to other companies.
