Suggestions for improvement
- Better communication between staff and management. A fair system to promote employees to an open or new position.
What I like about the company
I have many friends in the company I have worked for. The working experience has been wonderful and I have helped many disabled people with their lives.
What I dislike about the company
Sometimes employees are promoted to a higher position without good qualities and knowledge. This results in the employee not being able to do their job appropriately. Management keeps these employees in this position and management does not try to improve the employee.
