Suggestions for improvement
- Hire more staff. Policies always seem to be changed and everyone gets confused.
They talk a lot, but that's all it is is talk.
Management could care less about you. You are only a number on a paycheck. You can be replaced. They will set you up to fail if they want you gone.
Some work together. Some just sit in the shop playing with their phones and management is fine with that, knowing the others have to work harder to pick up the slack.
