- I believe that to keep employee retention that pay scales needs to be revisited on a yearly basis.
What I like about the company
There are many positive experience about this company. There have been many instances that I have been allowed to leave for family emergencies and they are all understanding and a great help to anything you may have going on.
What I dislike about the company
I believe that our company could definitely raise pay within many departments to keep a turn over rate down.
