Suggestions for improvement
- Hire people that actually have a background in fitness. Hire an accountant so that way taxes aren't messed up. Shorten the shifts. Treat your employees as you would want to be treated.
I like about the employer
I dislike about the employer
Worked 60+ hours a week and was never paid a dime of overtime. Worked 12-14 hour shifts consistently. Was promised to get paid $12 an hour and got paid $8 even with a college education in the field applicable. The manager was very unprofessional (relationships mixing with work). The taxes are always off. You don't get adequate breaks, and you're treated like you're on the low end of the totem pole.
