Suggestions for improvement
- Additional cross training among the various positions, have people become familiar with other positions.
What I like about the company
Customer service representative, overall the job is pleasant because I interact with different customers. My job is not very demanding, sometimes I wish I had more work. It does get repetitive, but it pays well.
What I dislike about the company
I disapprove that my job is repetitive, it doesn't offer much diversity. I do the same thing every day. I wish they would rotate and offer me additional training.
