Suggestions for improvement
- New management, pay workers more than minimum wage of $9.00 after years at the store. Offer employee incentives for good work under horrible working conditions. Follow labor law. When employees work on holidays, give them time and a half, schedule breaks after four hours of work and provide enough coverage so an employee can go the restroom as needed. Stop forcing employees to get customers to open credit accounts at 25% interest and stop threatening them with job loss if they aren't willing to get people to sign up for their store card.
I like about the employer
Can't think of anything. They reduced staff by 50% suddenly a few months ago. People who'd worked there for 15 years were let go two same day they showed up for a shift.
