Suggestions for improvement
- Hire supervisors based on experience in an area instead of how likeable they are to management. Allow people to get closer to home when a position opens up instead of giving it to a new hire. With the price of gas and the congestion the courts did absolutely nothing to improve it. So many people want to get closer to home but the county hires new people instead of using the ones that are already employed. Getting to a new district is almost impossible. There would be less people late and many happier employees if they allowed movement based on seniority and skill.
What I like about the company
I liked you could advance and they would change your duties at least once a year so you were never bored and always learning.
What I dislike about the company
Hired management not based on skill but who was friends with who. I had some really bad superviors who refused to learn their jobs making it harder on those with questions.
