The top people are paid with a bonus program so they won't use their money for anything including things that need to fixed for health and safety because they won't get as much bonus.
Outside doors are worn out and do not even lock. So night shift and patients are at risk. Anyone can walk right in anywhere in building.
Won't even acknowledge if you put in for time off the proper way. Management too busy to approve leave.
