Employees were not held to the same standards
Level of Autonomy
Work load was not distributed evenly, or reviewed equaly
There are never any employee/ employer meetings all communication is done through e mail
There is absolutely no attempt to assist employees with modification of work hours when they have a scheduling issue with family needs.
No one ever asks the employees if there is any better method to accomplish work load. Any attempts to suggest other options are ignored or taken as a threat to those in authority.
