Support from Management
All I'm going to say is that there is no leadership in the Love's travel stops that i worked at. First, learn how to talk to people either in person or over the phone we are all adults. Stop threatening the good workers jobs, and keeping the people that do nothing while they are on camera. Stop overworking the people that come in there everyday and pour blood, sweat, and tears for a company that just want to give them more work to do. While the other employees are standing around doing nothing. There is no guidance and no one that will come in there and say this is what i need for you to come in and say I need you to get these things done and go down the line and tell the next person and so on. No one follows up on anything so the next person comes in to a mess and it starts a domino effect. Another thing is If you are not making money for this company or keeping lost from occurring you won't last long. Don't get me wrong there are good employees, management, and corporate employees that do there job well but they dont have anyone to back them up. Like everyone that came and gone and I spoke with will tell you he is telling the truth. If you can get into a Love's that has a good crew and everyone is on one accord and people will work, stay with them. It was too much stuff going on and I didn't feel love at a place that is call Love's.
